Keep your chest up while drawing your shoulders back and down, stirring the pelvis slightly below. Keep your neck straight and relaxed. Use your ankles and legsTo get up, bend your ankles instead of your waist. Press firmly on your ground foot while you lift the other to climb. This prevents you from putting too much stress on your lower back. Take a full step Place all the foot in the step without any place hanging on the edge. Step gently Don't stick your feet when you step on. Use soft steps. Take small steps When you come down, place your feet no more than a platform shoe length and press your heels for shock absorption. If a movement requires you to retreat further, press to the front of your foot. Get comfortable with work standing Make sure you have a solid handle of the foot before adding in anything extra. Start in a beginner class until you get the hang of it and want to move forward in your practice. Use your arms up the difficulty While you're learning footprints or working on your cardio and endurance, keep things simple by keeping your hands on your hips or on your sides. If and when you want more cardio, add your arm movements in the routine. Some classes use jump ropes, resistance bands and rings. It can make it harder using ankle or hand weights and incorporating arm movements. However, all these should be used with caution as they can cause injuries. The power of stay and the popularity of the aerobic passage speaks for itself. If you are looking for a fun social training to add to your routine, try a passing aerobic class. Your bank may be anywhere from six inches to twelve inches high. Make sure it's robust and provides ample standing space so you don't fall off it while exercising. Once your bank is in place, you are ready to move your way to fitness. The higher the height of the bench, the harder the legs are. Step Your Way to Fitness Unlike running, the step is a less impact exercise that you can comfortably do at a gym or at your own home. You don't have to be a choreographer to know how to make basic movements, so anyone (even someone with two left feet) can get a good heartbeat training with a simple step bank.
